第十一条（老齢厚生年金等の額の計算等の特例）
With regard to the amount of an employees' old-age pension under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act to be paid to a person who, on the day preceding the Effective Date, had the right to receive any of the following benefits in the form of a pension, the former National Public Servants Mutual Aid Association member period, former Local Public Servants Mutual Aid Association member period and former Private School Personnel Mutual Aid participant period that formed the basis for calculating the amount of that benefit in the form of a pension are not to be used as the basis for calculation:
施行日の前日において次に掲げる年金たる給付の受給権を有していた者に支給する厚生年金保険法による老齢厚生年金の額については、当該年金たる給付の額の計算の基礎となった旧国家公務員共済組合員期間、旧地方公務員共済組合員期間及び旧私立学校教職員共済加入者期間は、計算の基礎としない。
a retirement mutual aid pension under the pre-amendment National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act (including one deemed to be that retirement mutual aid pension under the provisions of other laws and regulations), or a retirement pension, reduced retirement pension or aggregated retirement pension under the former National Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act (including one deemed to be any of those pensions under the provisions of other laws and regulations);
改正前国共済法による退職共済年金（他の法令の規定により当該退職共済年金とみなされたものを含む。）又は旧国共済法による退職年金、減額退職年金若しくは通算退職年金（他の法令の規定によりこれらの年金とみなされたものを含む。）
a retirement mutual aid pension under the pre-amendment Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act (including one deemed to be that retirement mutual aid pension under the provisions of other laws and regulations), or a retirement pension, reduced retirement pension or aggregated retirement pension under the former Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act (including one deemed to be any of those pensions under the provisions of other laws and regulations);
改正前地共済法による退職共済年金（他の法令の規定により当該退職共済年金とみなされたものを含む。）又は旧地共済法による退職年金、減額退職年金若しくは通算退職年金（他の法令の規定によりこれらの年金とみなされたものを含む。）
a retirement mutual aid pension under the pre-amendment Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act, or a retirement pension, reduced retirement pension or aggregated retirement pension under the former Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act.
改正前私学共済法による退職共済年金又は旧私学共済法による退職年金、減額退職年金若しくは通算退職年金
With regard to the amount of an old-age pension, aggregated old-age pension and special old-age pension under the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act to be paid to a person who, on the day preceding the Effective Date, had the right to receive a benefit in the form of a pension set forth in the items of the preceding paragraph, the former National Public Servants Mutual Aid Association member period, former Local Public Servants Mutual Aid Association member period and former Private School Personnel Mutual Aid participant period that formed the basis for calculating the amount of that benefit in the form of a pension are not to be used as the basis for calculation:
With regard to the amount of an employees' old-age pension under the provisions of Article 42 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act to be paid to a person who, on the day preceding the Effective Date, had the right to receive any of the following benefits in the form of a pension, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1), the former National Public Servants Mutual Aid Association member period, former Local Public Servants Mutual Aid Association member period and former Private School Personnel Mutual Aid participant period that formed the basis for calculating the amount of that benefit in the form of a pension are to be used as the basis for calculation:
施行日の前日において次に掲げる年金たる給付の受給権を有していた者に支給する厚生年金保険法第四十二条の規定による老齢厚生年金の額については、当該年金たる給付の額の計算の基礎となった旧国家公務員共済組合員期間、旧地方公務員共済組合員期間及び旧私立学校教職員共済加入者期間は、第一項の規定にかかわらず、計算の基礎とする。

a retirement mutual aid pension under the provisions of Article 19 or Article 26 of the Supplementary Provisions of the pre-amendment Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act;
改正前地共済法附則第十九条又は第二十六条の規定による退職共済年金
a retirement mutual aid pension under the provisions of Article 12-3 or Article 12-8 of the Supplementary Provisions of the pre-amendment National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 25 of the pre-amendment Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act.
改正前私学共済法第二十五条において準用する改正前国共済法附則第十二条の三又は第十二条の八の規定による退職共済年金
