第四十条
Transitional measures necessary for the application of Article 47, paragraph (2) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2, with regard to a disability resulting from an injury or illness for which the day of initial examination falls before the date specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 1, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the part pertaining to the provisions amending Article 47, paragraph (2) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act in Article 2), are specified by Cabinet Order.
初診日が附則第一条第一号（第二条中厚生年金保険法第四十七条第二項の改正規定に係る部分に限る。）に規定する政令で定める日前にある傷病による障害に係る第二条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第四十七条第二項の規定の適用に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
