Supplementary Provisions, Article 41Transitional Measures for Places of Business Applicable to Employees' Pension Insurance
第四十一条（厚生年金保険の適用事業所の経過措置）
With regard to a place of business or office listed in Article 6, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act other than one that regularly employs five or more employees, the provisions of that paragraph (including as applied pursuant to paragraph (3) of that Article and Article 7 of that Act) are to be applied in stages, until March 31, 1989, as specified by Cabinet Order.
新厚生年金保険法第六条第一項第二号に掲げる事業所又は事務所であつて、常時五人以上の従業員を使用するもの以外のものについては、同項（同条第三項及び同法第七条において適用する場合を含む。）の規定は、平成元年三月三十一日までの間は、政令で定めるところにより、段階的に適用するものとする。
