①Of persons who acquired the status of an insured covered by employees' pension insurance before October 1, 1985 and have continuously held that status as an insured through that day (excluding persons who hold that status as an insured pursuant to the provisions of Article 15, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act), the standardized remuneration of a person who acquired the status of an insured covered by employees' pension insurance during the period from July 1 to September 30 of that year, or a person whose standardized remuneration was revised from August or September of that year pursuant to the provisions of Article 23, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, and whose standardized monthly amount of remuneration in the same month of that year is 64,000 yen or less or 410,000 yen (excluding a person for whom the amount of monthly remuneration that formed the basis for that standardized monthly amount of remuneration is less than 425,000 yen), is to be revised by the prefectural governor, by regarding the amount of monthly remuneration that formed the basis for that standardized monthly amount of remuneration as the amount of monthly remuneration forming the basis of standardized remuneration under the provisions of Article 20 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 2.

②The standardized remuneration revised pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph is to be the standardized remuneration for each month from October 1985 through September 1986.

③The standardized monthly amount of remuneration, for the period from October 1985 to March 1986, of an insured covered by employees' pension insurance pursuant to the provisions of Article 15, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act whose standardized monthly amount of remuneration is less than 68,000 yen is to be 68,000 yen, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 26 of that Act.
