第十二条（第十条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置等）
The provisions of Article 65 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 10 do not apply to the pension for surviving family of a person who, on the day before the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 10, has the right to receive a pension for surviving family under that Act.
第十条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第六十五条の規定は、第十条の規定の施行の日の前日において同法による遺族年金を受ける権利を有する者の当該遺族年金については、適用しない。
