第十四条
A person prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending Related Acts to Establish the Aggregated Pension System (Act No. 182 of 1961) is deemed, for the application of the provisions of Article 68-3 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, to fall under Article 46-3, item (i), (a) of that Act.
通算年金制度を創設するための関係法律の一部を改正する法律（昭和三十六年法律第百八十二号）附則第七条第一項に規定する者は、厚生年金保険法第六十八条の三の規定の適用については、同法第四十六条の三第一号イに該当するものとみなす。
When a person prescribed in Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending Related Acts to Establish the Aggregated Pension System dies, the person is deemed to fall under the provisions of Article 68-3 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, and the aggregated pension for surviving family under that Article is paid to the person's surviving family.
通算年金制度を創設するための関係法律の一部を改正する法律附則第八条第一項に規定する者が死亡したときは、厚生年金保険法第六十八条の三の規定に該当するものとみなして、その者の遺族に、同条の通算遺族年金を支給する。
