①With regard to the standardized remuneration of a person who acquired the status of an insured covered by employees' pension insurance before August 1, 1976 and has continuously held the status of an insured up to that day (excluding a person who holds the status of a class 4 insured person and a person whose standardized remuneration is to be revised from that month), among those persons whose standardized monthly amount of remuneration in July of that year is 28,000 yen or less, or 200,000 yen (excluding a person whose monthly amount of remuneration that was the basis of that standardized monthly amount of remuneration is less than 210,000 yen), the prefectural governor revises the standardized remuneration by deeming the monthly amount of remuneration that was the basis of that standardized monthly amount of remuneration (or, where the person is an insured covered by health insurance, the monthly amount of remuneration that was the basis of the person's standardized remuneration for that month under the Health Insurance Act (Act No. 70 of 1922)) to be the monthly amount of remuneration that is the basis of the standardized remuneration under the provisions of Article 20 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1.

②The standardized remuneration revised pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph is the standardized remuneration for August and September 1976.

③Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 26 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the standardized monthly amount of remuneration on or after August 1976 of a class 4 insured person under employees' pension insurance whose standardized monthly amount of remuneration is less than 30,000 yen is 30,000 yen.
