第十三条（障害年金等の支給に関する経過措置）
With regard to an injury or illness of a person who contracted an illness or sustained an injury while a class 4 insured person before May 1, 1965, the provisions of Article 47 and Article 55 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act do not apply.
昭和四十年五月一日前における第四種被保険者であつた間に疾病にかかり、又は負傷した者の当該傷病については、この法律による改正後の厚生年金保険法第四十七条及び第五十五条の規定は、適用しない。
If a person who was an insured dies on or after May 1, 1965 as a result of an illness or injury that arose while the person was a class 4 insured person before May 1, 1965, or an illness resulting from them, the provisions of Article 58 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act do not apply to the surviving family of that person; provided, however, that this does not apply if the deceased person falls under item (i) or (iv) of paragraph (1) of that Article.
被保険者であつた者が、昭和四十年五月一日前における第四種被保険者であつた間に発した疾病又は負傷及びこれらに起因する疾病により同日以後に死亡したときは、その者の遺族については、厚生年金保険法第五十八条の規定は、適用しない。ただし、その死亡した者が同条第一項第一号又は第四号に該当する場合には、この限りでない。
