Supplementary Provisions, Article 14Transitional Measures Concerning Presumption of Death
第十四条（死亡の推定に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 59-2 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act also apply to an insured or former insured who was on board a ship or an airplane, before the promulgation of this Act, when the ship or airplane sank, capsized, crashed, was destroyed, or went missing, or who was on board a ship or an airplane and went missing while it was sailing or flying, and for whom it is still not known at the time of the promulgation of this Act whether the person is alive or dead, or for whom it became clear within three months that the person has died but the time of death is still not known at the time of the promulgation of this Act.
この法律による改正後の厚生年金保険法第五十九条の二の規定は、この法律の公布前に船舶若しくは航空機が沈没し、転覆し、墜落し、滅失し、若しくは行方不明となつた際これに乗つており、又は船舶若しくは航空機に乗つていて、その航行中に行方不明となり、この法律の公布の際まだその生死がわからないか、又は三箇月以内にその死亡が明らかとなりこの法律の公布の際まだその死亡の時期がわからない被保険者又は被保険者であつた者についても、適用する。
