When a membership company becomes a membership company of another kind pursuant to the provisions of Article 638, the registration of dissolution must be completed with regard to the membership company as it was prior to the change of kind and the registration of incorporation must be completed with regard to the membership company as it will be after the change of kind, at the location of the head office, within two weeks from the day on which the change to the articles of incorporation prescribed in that Article became effective.
