Article 897Designating Periods for Disposition by Security Interest Holders
第八百九十七条（担保権者が処分をすべき期間の指定）
An immediate appeal may be entered against a judicial decision relating to the petition referred to in Article 539, paragraph (1).
第五百三十九条第一項の申立てについての裁判に対しては、即時抗告をすることができる。
If the judicial decision referred to in the preceding paragraph or a judicial decision relating to the immediate appeal in that paragraph is made, the written judgment thereof must be served on the parties.
