Article 857Jurisdiction over an Action Seeking Rescission of Exemption from Liability of an Officer
第八百五十七条（役員等の責任の免除の取消しの訴えの管轄）
The action referred to in Article 544, paragraph (2) is under the exclusive jurisdiction of the special liquidation court (meaning the special liquidation court prescribed in Article 880, paragraph (1); the same applies in paragraph (3) of the following Article).
第五百四十四条第二項の訴えは、特別清算裁判所（第八百八十条第一項に規定する特別清算裁判所をいう。次条第三項において同じ。）の管轄に専属する。
