Bondholders meetings may, where necessary, be convened at any time.
社債権者集会は、必要がある場合には、いつでも、招集することができる。
Bondholders meetings are convened by the bond-issuing company or bond administrator, except if a bondholders meeting is convened pursuant to the provisions of the following paragraph or paragraph (3) of the following Article.
In the cases set forth below, the assistant bond administrator may convene a bondholders meeting.
次に掲げる場合には、社債管理補助者は、社債権者集会を招集することができる。
if a request is made pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the following Article; or
次条第一項の規定による請求があった場合
if it is necessary to obtain the consent of the bondholders meeting provided in Article 711, paragraph (1) applicable mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 714-7.
