Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Article, organizational meetings may be held without the procedures of calling if the consent of all shareholders at incorporation is obtained;provided, however, that this does not apply if the matters set forth in Article 67, paragraph (1), item (iii) or item (iv) are decided.
