If the court has appointed a liquidator under the provisions of Article 647, paragraphs (2) through (4), the court may prescribe the amount of the remuneration that the liquidating membership company pays to relevant liquidator.
裁判所は、第六百四十七条第二項から第四項までの規定により清算人を選任した場合には、清算持分会社が当該清算人に対して支払う報酬の額を定めることができる。
