Article 652Liquidators' Liability for Damages to Liquidating Membership Companies
第六百五十二条（清算人の清算持分会社に対する損害賠償責任）
If liquidators fail to discharge their duties, the liquidators are jointly and severally liable to compensate the liquidating membership company for losses arising as a result.
清算人は、その任務を怠ったときは、清算持分会社に対し、連帯して、これによって生じた損害を賠償する責任を負う。
