Liquidators (excluding those appointed by the court under the provisions of paragraphs (2) through (4) of the preceding Article) may be dismissed at any time.
Dismissals under the provisions of the preceding paragraph are determined by a majority of the members unless otherwise provided for in the articles of incorporation.
前項の規定による解任は、定款に別段の定めがある場合を除き、社員の過半数をもって決定する。
If there are significant grounds, the court may dismiss a liquidator in response to a petition by the members or other interested parties.
重要な事由があるときは、裁判所は、社員その他利害関係人の申立てにより、清算人を解任することができる。
