Agreement claim creditors who do not attend the creditors meeting may exercise their voting rights in writing.
債権者集会に出席しない協定債権者は、書面によって議決権を行使することができる。
The exercise of voting rights in writing is effected by entering necessary matters on the voting form and submitting it to the convener by the time prescribed by Ministry of Justice Order.
Voting rights holders who exercised the voting rights in writing pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph are deemed to have been present at the creditors meeting for the purpose of the provisions of Article 554, paragraph (1) and Article 567, paragraph (1).
前項の規定により書面によって議決権を行使した議決権者は、第五百五十四条第一項及び第五百六十七条第一項の規定の適用については、債権者集会に出席したものとみなす。
