①Articles of incorporation referred to in Article 26, paragraph (1) do not become effective unless they are certified by a notary public.

②Articles of incorporation that are certified by a notary public pursuant to the preceding paragraph may not be amended before the formation of the stock company except when they are amended under the provisions of Article 33, paragraph (7) or (9), or Article 37, paragraph (1) or (2).
