Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning Division of Property
第四条（財産分与に関する経過措置）
With regard to the restriction on the period during which a request may be made to the family court for a disposition concerning the division of property in the case where a person divorced or a marriage was rescinded before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に離婚し、又は婚姻が取り消された場合における財産の分与に関する処分を家庭裁判所に請求することができる期間の制限については、なお従前の例による。
