With regard to the grounds on which an action for divorce may be filed in a case concerning an action for divorce in which, before the Effective Date, oral argument at the court of second instance has been concluded or an agreement has been made not to file an appeal while reserving the right to file a final appeal against the judgment of the court of first instance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
