第三十一条
Property gifted before the Emergency Measures Act came into effect for the establishment of a branch family or the revival of an extinct family is deemed, for the purposes of the application of the provisions of Article 903 of the New Act, to be property gifted as capital for livelihood.
応急措置法施行前に分家又は廃絶家再興のため贈与された財産は、新法第九百三条の規定の適用については、これを生計の資本として贈与された財産とみなす。
