A disposition made with respect to the administration of the estate pursuant to the provisions of Article 978 of the Former Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 1000 of the Former Act) is deemed, where the succession is governed by the New Act pursuant to the main clause of Article 25, paragraph (2) of these Supplementary Provisions, to be a disposition made pursuant to the provisions of Article 895 of the New Act.
