Supplementary Provisions, Article 66Collection of the Liability Reserve Equivalent Pertaining to Persons Owed Old-Age Pension Benefits
第六十六条（老齢年金給付支給対象者に係る責任準備金相当額の徴収）
When the approval under paragraph (1) of the preceding Article has been granted, the government is to collect from the surviving Pension Fund Association the liability reserve equivalent pertaining to the persons owed old-age pension benefits from whose obligation to pay substitute benefits the surviving Pension Fund Association has been relieved by that approval.
政府は、前条第一項の認可があったときは、当該認可により存続連合会が代行給付支給義務を免れた老齢年金給付支給対象者に係る責任準備金相当額を当該存続連合会から徴収する。
