第十九条（厚生年金保険の三歳に満たない子を養育する被保険者等の標準報酬月額の特例に関する経過措置）
With regard to a person who, on the item (iv) Effective Date, is subject to the provisions of Article 26 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act and who is on insured's maternity leave to which the provisions of Article 81-2-2 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3 apply, the provisions of Article 26, paragraph (1), item (vi) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3 apply by deeming that the person began the insured's maternity leave on the item (iv) Effective Date.
第四号施行日において、厚生年金保険法第二十六条の規定の適用を受けている者であって、第三条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第八十一条の二の二の規定の適用を受ける産前産後休業をしているものについては、第四号施行日に産前産後休業を開始したものとみなして、第三条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第二十六条第一項第六号の規定を適用する。
