第四十九条（対象となる特定期間）
In the application of Article 78-14, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 13, the period before April 1, 2008 is not included in the specific period prescribed in that paragraph.
第十三条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第七十八条の十四第一項の規定の適用については、平成二十年四月一日前の期間については、同項に規定する特定期間に算入しない。
