Supplementary Provisions, Article 50Special Provisions on Insurance Benefits for a Person Whose Standardized Remuneration Has Been Revised or Decided
第五十条（標準報酬が改定され、及び決定された者に対する保険給付の特例）
In the case of applying the provisions listed in the upper column of the following table (including where other laws and regulations cite these provisions) to a person whose standardized remuneration has been revised and decided pursuant to the provisions of Article 78-14, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as revised by the provisions of Article 13, the phrase set forth in the middle column of that table in the provisions listed in the upper column of that table is deemed to be replaced with the phrase set forth in the lower column of that table, and in addition, the replacement of terms necessary for the application of the provisions on the calculation of the amount of insurance benefits under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act and the suspension of their payment, and of other provisions specified by Cabinet Order, is specified by Cabinet Order.

第十三条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第七十八条の十四第二項及び第三項の規定により標準報酬が改定され、及び決定された者について次の表の上欄に掲げる規定（他の法令において、これらの規定を引用する場合を含む。）を適用する場合においては、同表の上欄に掲げる規定中同表の中欄に掲げる字句は、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる字句に読み替えるものとするほか、厚生年金保険法による保険給付の額の計算及びその支給停止に関する規定その他政令で定める規定の適用に関し必要な読替えは、政令で定める。
