第四十条（名称の使用制限に関する経過措置）
With regard to a person who, on the day the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, is actually using the name "Pension Fund Association", the provisions of Article 151, paragraph (2) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 9 do not apply for six months on or after that day.
附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日において現に企業年金連合会という名称を使用している者については、第九条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第百五十一条第二項の規定は、同日以後六月間は、適用しない。
