Supplementary Provisions, Article 42Transitional Measures Concerning Deferring Payment of Employees' Old-Age Pensions
第四十二条（老齢厚生年金の支給の繰下げに関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 44-3 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 12 do not apply to a person who, before April 1, 2007, has the right to receive benefits from an employees' old-age pension under Article 42 of that Act.
第十二条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第四十四条の三の規定は、平成十九年四月一日前において同法第四十二条の規定による老齢厚生年金の受給権を有する者については、適用しない。
