Supplementary Provisions, Article 25Transitional Measures concerning the Preparation of the Current Budget Status and Projections Report for Employees' Pension Insurance Services
第二十五条（厚生年金保険事業に関する財政の現況及び見通しの作成に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of Article 34, paragraph (1) and Article 79-4, paragraph (4) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 7, the recalculation made in 2004 under Article 81, paragraph (4) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 7 is deemed to be the preparation of the current budget status and projections report under Article 2-4, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 7.
第七条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第三十四条第一項及び第七十九条の四第四項の規定の適用については、平成十六年における第七条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法第八十一条第四項の規定による再計算を第七条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第二条の四第一項の規定による財政の現況及び見通しの作成とみなす。
