Supplementary Provisions, Article 26Transitional Measures Concerning the Amounts of Pension Insurance Benefits, etc. under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act
第二十六条（厚生年金保険法による年金たる保険給付等の額に関する経過措置）
With regard to the amounts of the pension insurance benefits under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act for months on or before September 2004, the pension insurance benefits prescribed in Article 78, paragraph (1) and Article 87, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act, the pension benefits prescribed in Article 16, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc., the benefits that are pensions prescribed in Article 16, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act for Abolishing the Mutual Aid Association Act for Employees of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Organizations, etc. in order to Integrate the Employees' Pension Insurance System and the Mutual Aid Association System for Employees of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the "2001 Integration Act"), and the special pension benefits prescribed in Article 25, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2001 Integration Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十六年九月以前の月分の厚生年金保険法による年金たる保険給付、昭和六十年改正法附則第七十八条第一項及び第八十七条第一項に規定する年金たる保険給付、厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律附則第十六条第一項及び第二項に規定する年金たる給付並びに厚生年金保険制度及び農林漁業団体職員共済組合制度の統合を図るための農林漁業団体職員共済組合法等を廃止する等の法律（以下「平成十三年統合法」という。）附則第十六条第一項及び第二項に規定する年金である給付及び平成十三年統合法附則第二十五条第四項に規定する特例年金給付の額については、なお従前の例による。
