第十三条（老齢基礎年金等の支給要件の特例）
A person who has a period as a member of a former applicable corporation mutual aid Association and who, on the day preceding the Effective Date, fell under any of Article 12, paragraph (1), items (viii) through (xi) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 National Pension Amendment Act, and who falls under the proviso to Article 26 of the National Pension Act (Act No. 141 of 1959) on the Effective Date (excluding a person who is deemed not to fall under the proviso to Article 26 of that Act pursuant to the provisions of Article 9, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act and a person who falls under any of the items of Article 12, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 National Pension Amendment Act), is deemed, for the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 7, paragraph (2), Article 12, paragraph (1), Article 18, paragraph (1) and Article 57 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 National Pension Amendment Act, to fall under any of Article 12, paragraph (1), items (viii) through (xi) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 National Pension Amendment Act.
旧適用法人共済組合員期間を有し、かつ、施行日の前日において昭和六十年国民年金等改正法附則第十二条第一項第八号から第十一号までのいずれかに該当した者であって、施行日において国民年金法（昭和三十四年法律第百四十一号）第二十六条ただし書に該当する者（同法附則第九条第一項の規定により同法第二十六条ただし書に該当しないものとみなされる者及び昭和六十年国民年金等改正法附則第十二条第一項各号のいずれかに該当する者を除く。）は、昭和六十年国民年金等改正法附則第七条第二項、第十二条第一項、第十八条第一項及び第五十七条の規定の適用については、昭和六十年国民年金等改正法附則第十二条第一項第八号から第十一号までのいずれかに該当するものとみなす。
