Supplementary Provisions, Article 29Transitional Measures Concerning Requirements for Payment of Employees' Old-Age Pension
第二十九条（老齢厚生年金の支給要件に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 14, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, for the time being, the phrase "and Article 7-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with ", Article 7-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions", and the phrase "Article 29, paragraph (1)" with "Article 29, paragraph (1) and Article 15, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 95 of 1994) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (3) of that Article)".
厚生年金保険法附則第十四条第一項の規定の適用については、当分の間、同項中「並びに附則第七条の三第一項」とあるのは「、附則第七条の三第一項」と、「第二十九条第一項」とあるのは「第二十九条第一項並びに国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（平成六年法律第九十五号）附則第十五条第一項（同条第三項において準用する場合を含む。）」とする。
