When a beneficiary of an employees' old-age pension for persons with disabilities or long-term insureds prescribed in Article 11-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (excluding those specified by Cabinet Order; the same applies hereinafter) is a person prescribed in Article 19, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to a person who reached the age set forth in the lower column of the table in that paragraph on a day in a month on or before the previous month), a person prescribed in Article 20, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to a person who reached the age set forth in the lower column of the table in that paragraph on a day in a month on or before the previous month) or a person prescribed in Article 20-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to a person who reached the age set forth in the lower column of the table in that paragraph on a day in a month on or before the previous month), the provisions of Article 11-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act do not apply to that employees' old-age pension, and the provisions of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, the phrase "Article 18, paragraph (3), Article 19, paragraph (3) or (5), Article 20, paragraph (3) or (5) or paragraph (3) or (5) of the preceding Article" in paragraphs (1) and (2) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "Article 9-2, paragraph (3) or Article 9-3, paragraph (2) or (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act (including cases where those provisions are followed pursuant to paragraph (5) of that Article)".
