Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Amendment of the Articles of Association of a Fund or the Pension Fund Association
第四条（基金又は連合会の規約の変更）
A Fund must, by the Partial Effective Date, amend its articles of Association so as to conform to the provisions of Article 147, paragraph (4) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act after the amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act"), and obtain the authorization of the Minister of Health and Welfare for the amendment of those articles of Association.
The Pension Fund Association must, by the Partial Effective Date, amend its articles of Association so as to conform to the provisions of Article 153, paragraph (1) of the New Act, and obtain the authorization of the Minister of Health and Welfare for the amendment of those articles of Association.
企業年金連合会は、一部施行日までに、その規約を新法第百五十三条第一項の規定に適合するように変更し、当該規約の変更につき厚生大臣の認可を受けなければならない。
In the cases referred to in the preceding two paragraphs, the authorization is to take effect from the Partial Effective Date.
