With regard to the collection of the amount equivalent to the liability reserve prescribed in Article 85-2 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by this Act, relating to a member of a dissolved Fund relating to a Fund that was dissolved before the Partial Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
