Supplementary Provisions, Article 85Application Mutatis Mutandis to the Surviving Pension Fund Association
第八十五条（存続連合会への準用）
The provisions of Article 82 through the preceding Article of the Supplementary Provisions apply mutatis mutandis to an old-age pension benefit that a surviving Pension Fund Association prescribed in Article 3, item (xiii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2013 Amendment Act pays (meaning the old-age pension benefit under Article 160, paragraph (5) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 1 of the 2013 Amendment Act, which remains in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 61, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2013 Amendment Act, or under Article 161, paragraph (2) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 1 of the 2013 Amendment Act, which remains in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 61, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2013 Amendment Act).
附則第八十二条から前条までの規定は、平成二十五年改正法附則第三条第十三号に規定する存続連合会が支給する老齢年金給付（平成二十五年改正法附則第六十一条第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた平成二十五年改正法第一条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法第百六十条第五項又は平成二十五年改正法附則第六十一条第三項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた平成二十五年改正法第一条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法第百六十一条第二項の老齢年金給付をいう。）について準用する。
