With regard to insurance benefits under the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the amount of benefits equivalent to the previous additional allowance or increment is, notwithstanding the provisions of that paragraph, 12,000 yen for a spouse and 4,800 yen per child; provided, however, that for one of those children it is 7,200 yen.
