With regard to the amount of insurance benefits prescribed in Articles 6 through 8 of the Supplementary Provisions (including the amount of benefits equivalent to the additional allowance or increment prescribed in the preceding Article) for months up to and including October 1969, and the amounts of disability allowances and withdrawal allowances under employees' pension insurance that have not yet been paid as of November 1 of that year, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
