Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
第一条（施行期日等）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 81, paragraph (5), item (iv) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act in Article 1 and the provisions amending Article 59, paragraph (5), item (iii) of the Mariners Insurance Act in Article 2 come into effect on January 1, 1970.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中厚生年金保険法第八十一条第五項第四号の改正規定及び第二条中船員保険法第五十九条第五項第三号の改正規定は、昭和四十五年一月一日から施行する。
The following provisions apply from November 1, 1969:
次に掲げる規定は、昭和四十四年十一月一日から適用する。
the provisions of Article 20, Article 34, paragraphs (1) and (5), Article 42, paragraph (2), Article 43, paragraph (4), Article 46, paragraph (2), Article 50, paragraph (1), Article 60, paragraph (2), Article 81, paragraph (5), items (i) through (iii), and Article 131, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act and Article 28-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act as amended by this Act, and the provisions of Article 4, paragraph (1), Article 34, paragraph (3), Article 35, Article 36, paragraph (1), Article 38, paragraph (2), Article 38-2, Article 41, paragraph (1), Article 41-2, paragraph (1), Article 50-2, paragraphs (1) and (3), Article 50-3, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 59, paragraph (5), items (i) and (ii), and Article 60, paragraph (1) of the Mariners Insurance Act as amended by this Act;
この法律による改正後の厚生年金保険法第二十条、第三十四条第一項及び第五項、第四十二条第二項、第四十三条第四項、第四十六条第二項、第五十条第一項、第六十条第二項、第八十一条第五項第一号から第三号まで、第百三十一条第一項並びに附則第二十八条の二の規定並びにこの法律による改正後の船員保険法第四条第一項、第三十四条第三項、第三十五条、第三十六条第一項、第三十八条第二項、第三十八条ノ二、第四十一条第一項、第四十一条ノ二第一項、第五十条ノ二第一項及び第三項、第五十条ノ三第一項及び第二項、第五十九条第五項第一号及び第二号並びに第六十条第一項の規定

the provisions of Article 2, paragraph (1), Article 3, paragraph (1) and Article 26 of the Act on Coordination between Employees' Pension Insurance and Mariners Insurance (Act No. 117 of 1954) as amended by the provisions of Article 33 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Mariners Insurance Act (Act No. 105 of 1965) as amended by the provisions of Article 36 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 8, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 14, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 19, paragraph (3), Article 38, paragraph (1) and Article 42, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending Related Acts to Establish the Aggregated Pension System (Act No. 182 of 1961) as amended by the provisions of Article 48 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (4), Article 20, paragraph (3), Article 21 and Article 143-5, paragraph (3) of the Act for Enforcement in Relation to Long-term Benefit, etc. under the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act (Act No. 153 of 1962) as amended by the provisions of Article 52 of the Supplementary Provisions.
附則第三十三条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険及び船員保険交渉法（昭和二十九年法律第百十七号）第二条第一項、第三条第一項及び第二十六条の規定、附則第三十六条の規定による改正後の船員保険法の一部を改正する法律（昭和四十年法律第百五号）附則第十六条の規定、附則第四十八条の規定による改正後の通算年金制度を創設するための関係法律の一部を改正する法律（昭和三十六年法律第百八十二号）附則第八条第一項及び第二項、附則第十四条第一項及び第二項、附則第十九条第三項、附則第三十八条第一項並びに附則第四十二条第三項の規定並びに附則第五十二条の規定による改正後の地方公務員等共済組合法の長期給付等に関する施行法（昭和三十七年法律第百五十三号）第三条第四項、第二十条第三項、第二十一条及び第百四十三条の五第三項の規定
