Supplementary Provisions, Article 2
第二条
The provisions of Article 20, Article 34, Article 39, paragraph (2), Article 43, paragraph (2), Article 46-4, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 46-7, paragraph (4), Article 47, paragraph (1), Article 50, paragraph (1), Article 54-2, Article 55, paragraph (1), Article 57, Article 58, items (ii) and (iii), Article 60, paragraphs (2) and (3), Article 68-2, Article 70, paragraph (1), Article 80, paragraph (1), and Article 81, paragraph (5) (excluding the parts concerning special class 1 insured persons, special class 2 insured persons, special class 3 insured persons, and class 4 insured persons) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act, the provisions of Article 22, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act as amended by this Act, and the provisions of Article 4, Articles 9 through 13, Article 18, Articles 29 through 36, Article 42, Article 43, Article 44 (excluding the parts concerning the provisions amending Articles 24, 63 and 143-7 of the Act for Enforcement in Relation to Long-term Benefit, etc. under the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act (Act No. 153 of 1962)), Article 45, Article 48 and Article 49 of the Supplementary Provisions of this Act apply from May 1, 1965, and the provisions concerning class 4 insured persons in Article 81, paragraph (5) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act apply from June 1 of that year.
この法律による改正後の厚生年金保険法第二十条、第三十四条、第三十九条第二項、第四十三条第二項、第四十六条の四第一項及び第二項、第四十六条の七第四項、第四十七条第一項、第五十条第一項、第五十四条の二、第五十五条第一項、第五十七条、第五十八条第二号及び第三号、第六十条第二項及び第三項、第六十八条の二、第七十条第一項、第八十条第一項並びに第八十一条第五項（特例第一種被保険者、特例第二種被保険者、特例第三種被保険者及び第四種被保険者に係る部分を除く。）の規定、この法律による改正後の同法附則第二十二条第一項の規定並びに附則第四条、附則第九条から附則第十三条まで、附則第十八条、附則第二十九条から附則第三十六条まで、附則第四十二条、附則第四十三条、附則第四十四条（地方公務員等共済組合法の長期給付等に関する施行法（昭和三十七年法律第百五十三号）第二十四条、第六十三条及び第百四十三条の七の改正規定に係る部分を除く。）、附則第四十五条、附則第四十八条及び附則第四十九条の規定は、昭和四十年五月一日から、この法律による改正後の厚生年金保険法第八十一条第五項中第四種被保険者に係る部分の規定は、同年六月一日から適用する。
