第五条
With regard to the portion of the insurance benefits prescribed in the preceding Article that relates to months on or before the month preceding the month that includes the day this Act comes into effect, and disability allowances, that have not yet been paid on the day this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
前条に規定する保険給付のうちこの法律の施行の日の属する月の前月以前の月に係る分及び障害手当金であつて、この法律の施行の日においてまだ支給していないものについては、なお従前の例による。
