Supplementary Provisions, Article 4
第四条
With regard to the pension insurance benefit paid to a person who, on the day this Act comes into effect, has the right to receive a pension insurance benefit the basic amount of pension of which has been calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 34 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the basic amount of pension is to be the amount calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 34 of that Act as amended by this Act.
この法律の施行の日において現に厚生年金保険法第三十四条の規定によりその基本年金額が計算された年金たる保険給付を受ける権利を有する者に支給する当該保険給付については、その基本年金額を、この法律による改正後の同法同条の規定により計算した額とする。
With regard to the insurance benefit for a person who, on the day this Act comes into effect, actually has the right to receive an insurance benefit that follows the example of the former disability pension paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, if the amount of that benefit (excluding the amount of the benefit equivalent to the former additional allowance) is less than 28,320 yen, it is to be 28,320 yen.
この法律の施行の日において現に厚生年金保険法附則第十六条第一項の規定によつて支給する従前の障害年金の例による保険給付を受ける権利を有する者の当該保険給付については、その額（従前の加給金に相当する給付の額を除く。）が、二万八千三百二十円に満たないときは、これを二万八千三百二十円とする。
With regard to the insurance benefit for a person who, on the day this Act comes into effect, actually has the right to receive an insurance benefit that follows the example of the former pension for surviving family, widow's pension, widower's pension or orphan's pension paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, if the amount of that benefit (excluding the amount of the benefit equivalent to the former additional allowance or increment) is less than 14,160 yen, it is to be 14,160 yen.
この法律の施行の日において現に厚生年金保険法附則第十六条第一項の規定によつて支給する従前の遺族年金、寡婦年金、鰥夫年金又は遺児年金の例による保険給付を受ける権利を有する者の当該保険給付については、その額（従前の加給金又は増額金に相当する給付の額を除く。）が、一万四千百六十円に満たないときは、これを一万四千百六十円とする。
The provisions of the preceding paragraph apply mutatis mutandis to the insurance benefit for a person who, on or after the day this Act comes into effect, comes to have the right to receive an insurance benefit that follows the example of the former pension for surviving family, widow's pension, widower's pension or orphan's pension paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act.
前項の規定は、この法律の施行の日以後において、厚生年金保険法附則第十六条第一項の規定によつて支給する従前の遺族年金、寡婦年金、鰥夫年金又は遺児年金の例による保険給付を受ける権利を有するに至つた者の当該保険給付について準用する。
With regard to the disability pension paid to a person who, on the day this Act comes into effect, actually has the right to receive a disability pension the amount of which has been calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 20, paragraph (1) or (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the amount (excluding the additional amount of pension) is to be the amount obtained by adding 12,000 yen to the amount equivalent to the basic amount of pension calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 34 of that Act as amended by this Act.
この法律の施行の日において現に厚生年金保険法附則第二十条第一項又は同条第三項の規定によりその額が計算された障害年金を受ける権利を有する者に支給する当該障害年金については、その額（加給年金額を除く。）をこの法律による改正後の同法第三十四条の規定により計算した基本年金額に相当する額に一万二千円を加算した額とする。
With regard to a disability pension paid to a person who, on the day this Act comes into effect, actually has the right to receive a disability pension the amount of which has been calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 20, paragraph (2) or (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the amount of which (excluding the additional amount of pension) is less than the basic amount of pension calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 34 of that Act as amended by this Act, the amount is to be the amount equivalent to that basic amount of pension.
この法律の施行の日において現に厚生年金保険法附則第二十条第二項又は同条第四項の規定によりその額が計算された障害年金を受ける権利を有する者に支給する当該障害年金のうち、その額（加給年金額を除く。）が、この法律による改正後の同法第三十四条の規定により計算した基本年金額に満たないものについては、これをその基本年金額に相当する額とする。
With regard to a pension for surviving family paid to a person who, on the day this Act comes into effect, actually has the right to receive a pension for surviving family the basic amount of pension of which has been calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 21 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the basic amount of pension of which is less than the basic amount of pension calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 34 of that Act as amended by this Act, the basic amount of pension is to be the amount equivalent to the basic amount of pension calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 34 of that Act as amended by this Act.
この法律の施行の日において現に厚生年金保険法附則第二十一条の規定によりその基本年金額が計算された遺族年金を受ける権利を有する者に支給する当該遺族年金のうち、その基本年金額が、この法律による改正後の同法第三十四条の規定により計算した基本年金額に満たないものについては、これをこの法律による改正後の同法同条の規定により計算した基本年金額に相当する額とする。
