With regard to the addition to the insured period, for the period from January 1, 1944 through August 31, 1945, of a person who was an insured who was employed at a place of business of an undertaking prescribed in Article 4 of the Mining Act and was constantly engaged in underground work, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
