第二十五条（被保険者の資格等に関する旧法による報告）
In the case of applying the provisions of Article 75 to the period during which a person was an insured under the Former Act, the phrase "notification under the provisions of Article 27" in the proviso to paragraph (1) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "report under the provisions of Article 9 of the Former Act".
旧法による被保険者であつた期間に関して第七十五条の規定を適用する場合においては、同条第一項但書中「第二十七条の規定による届出」とあるのは、「旧法第九条の規定による報告」と読み替えるものとする。
