第十七条（併給の調整の特例）
For the purpose of applying Article 38, paragraph (1) (including as applied with terms replaced pursuant to the provisions of Article 78-22), for the time being, in Article 38, paragraph (1), the phrase "other than an employees' pension for surviving family" is deemed to be replaced with "other than an employees' pension for surviving family (limited to one whose beneficiary has reached the age of 65)", the phrase "or basic disability pension" with "or basic disability pension (limited to one whose beneficiary has reached the age of 65)", the phrase "other than an employees' old-age pension" with "other than an employees' old-age pension (limited to one whose beneficiary has reached the age of 65)", and the phrase "an old-age basic pension and additional pension, a basic disability pension" with "an old-age basic pension and additional pension (limited to one whose beneficiary has reached the age of 65), a basic disability pension (limited to one whose beneficiary has reached the age of 65)".
第三十八条第一項（第七十八条の二十二の規定により読み替えて適用する場合を含む。）の規定の適用については、当分の間、同項中「遺族厚生年金を」とあるのは「遺族厚生年金（その受給権者が六十五歳に達しているものに限る。）を」と、「並びに障害基礎年金」とあるのは「並びに障害基礎年金（その受給権者が六十五歳に達しているものに限る。）」と、「老齢厚生年金を」とあるのは「老齢厚生年金（その受給権者が六十五歳に達しているものに限る。）を」と、「老齢基礎年金及び付加年金、障害基礎年金」とあるのは「老齢基礎年金及び付加年金（その受給権者が六十五歳に達しているものに限る。）、障害基礎年金（その受給権者が六十五歳に達しているものに限る。）」とする。
