第十七条の二（遺族厚生年金の額の特例）
For the purpose of applying Article 60, paragraph (1), for the time being, the phrase "the spouse who has the right to receive any of the pension benefits from the employees' old-age pension" in Article 60, paragraph (1) is deemed to be replaced with "the spouse who has the right to receive any of the pension benefits from the employees' old-age pension (limited to a person who has reached the age of 65)".
