第十六条の三（障害厚生年金の特例）
The provisions of Article 47-2, Article 47-3, Article 52, paragraph (4), Article 52-2, paragraph (2) and the proviso to Article 54, paragraph (2) do not apply, for the time being, to a beneficiary of an employees' old-age pension under the provisions of Article 7-3, paragraph (3) or Article 13-4, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions, or to a beneficiary of an old-age basic pension under the provisions of Article 9-2, paragraph (3) or Article 9-2-2, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Pension Act.
第四十七条の二、第四十七条の三、第五十二条第四項、第五十二条の二第二項及び第五十四条第二項ただし書の規定は、当分の間、附則第七条の三第三項若しくは第十三条の四第三項の規定による老齢厚生年金の受給権者又は国民年金法附則第九条の二第三項若しくは第九条の二の二第三項の規定による老齢基礎年金の受給権者については、適用しない。
For the purpose of applying Article 52, paragraph (7), for the time being, the phrase "a person who is 65 years of age or older" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "a person who is 65 years of age or older or a beneficiary of an old-age basic pension under the National Pension Act".
