With regard to insurance proceeds in respect of an occupational accident and a commuting accident caused by an accident that occurred before the effective date pertaining to a member of a former applicable corporation mutual aid association (limited to a mariner member prescribed in Article 119 of the pre-amendment National Public Officers Mutual Aid Act; the same applies in Articles 121 and 125 of the Supplementary Provisions), the provisions of Article 55-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act before its amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article remain in force.
