附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation. However, the provisions of Article 32, paragraph (1) of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act and Article 36, paragraph (1) of the Unemployment Insurance Act, as amended, apply to delinquency charges corresponding to periods on or after April 1, 1950.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。但し、改正後の労働者災害補償保険法第三十二条第一項及び失業保険法第三十六条第一項の規定は、昭和二十五年四月一日以後の期間に対応する延滞金について適用する。
